In 2019, Saim pivoted towards contributing to open source technologies within the CNCF ecosystem. As the Head of Open Source at Rafay Systems, Saim leads a passionate team in crafting innovative solutions for the ever-evolving tech landscape. Recognized for contributions, Saim was honored as a Top Ambassador of 2023 by the Continuous Delivery Foundation and selected as a CNCF Ambassador in the same year.
